Product Assessment and Strategy
Educational product specialists work closely with assigned units to assess and support the development of educational products. These products can include online courses, publications, multimedia, and more. They also collaborate with AgriLife Marketing and Communications as needed for promotional strategy and digital marketing opportunities.

Key Areas of Focus:
- Gather information based on needs and best practices in the related content area
- Use data to inform decision making and provide support
- Partner and collaborate with the Learning and Organizational Development Manager, as well as the Associate Director for assigned units
Key Areas of Support:
- Product assessment and strategy including platform placement and strategy
- Main point of contact for clients in assigned areas related to product development services and process
Essential Services:
- Coordinate product development and the product development process
- Provide insights and perspective on strategic and innovative approaches to content delivery
- Facilitate analysis of competitive products, product pricing options, and identification of opportunities to reach new consumers
