* Effective July 1, 2021, all AgriLife Digital Education services included as grant deliverables must be funded through the grant.
In order to submit AgriLife Digital Education services and products into a grant, the unit must be included in the grant writing process. Educational product specialists will work in tandem with the principal investigator to review the inclusion of AgriLife Digital Education into a grant proposal. Cost estimates and any necessary supporting documentation for deliverables will be provided.
How to Request a Grant Consultation
To request that AgriLife Digital Education services and products be written into a grant, please fill out the Grant Consultation Form. Once this information is received, an educational product specialist will contact you to schedule a meeting. To ensure the capacity to provide deliverables, please request a consultation at least 1 month prior to a large grant submission deadline. Predetermined deliverables for short submission windows will be available by request from your EPS and require approval by ADE to include in the grant proposal. ADE needs to be brought on to the grant a minimum of six months in advance of the deliverable deadline to guarantee product development. Additional time might be required for large-scale product development.
