This group provides technical assistance and support for the online course platform, AgriLife Learn, as well as custom reporting for instructors.
Reports
If you are employed through Texas A&M AgriLife and host courses on our platform, we can create reports that are sent to your email inbox at regular intervals (once a week, once a month, etc).
You can receive information such as number of course enrollments for any of your courses, number of certificates awarded, etc. This helps you stay in touch with what your learners care about and allows you to make a greater impact on your community.
Help Desk
If you’re experiencing any issues with our platform, you can submit a support ticket to us by simply sending an email. This will automatically create a ticket in our system that will be routed to one of our support specialists who will assist you.
