Need copies of publications for online delivery?
For those taking part in an online delivery method for a program that typically uses physical copies of printed publications. If your publications are housed at the AgriLife Bookstore and you do not have PDF copies of those publications, please email Whitney Green (whitney.green@ag.tamu.edu) the following information:

You will then be emailed a PDF copy of any publication(s) required for your program delivery. If you need a PDF version of curriculum or other publications to be created, please submit a request form here: https://digitaleducation.agrilife.org/publishing/

Microsoft Teams
Teams can be accessed via the TEAMS application on your work laptop or via a web browser on your home computer by going to https://teams.office.com and logging in with your AgNet credentials (firstname.lastname@AGNET.tamu.edu).

Zoom
Campus-based delivery options are available through Zoom (for non-agents).

WebEx
AgriLife Extension encourages the use of WebEx for online program delivery in counties and regions.
Webinar Best Practices
A webinar is a unique way to engage your audience and interact with them, regardless of the audience size or location. Some key components for an effective webinar include choosing the right technology, creating an environment that is not distracting, preparing ahead of time, knowing how to create and present presentations to a webinar audience, and understanding how to record a webinar.
