The AgriLife Digital Education (ADE) professional service unit works with clients on products and services throughout the year.
Please follow the 2-step process outlined below.
For educational product development, there are critical processes occurring at scheduled stages throughout the year. These include:
- submission windows
- requirements gathering
- capacity assessments
For Canvas-related services, please use the request for services form in Step 2.
Step 1 – Complete the process
When you have an idea for a collaboration with ADE, discuss it with your unit leadership to align it with your unit and business goals.
When your product idea is approved by your unit leader, the unit leader will evaluate your idea along with other unit submissions.
Unit leaders and ADE leaders meet twice annually to assess capacity to complete submitted ideas.
Strategic Planning & Product Development Initiation
Meet with an Educational Product Specialist (EPS) for discovery and kickoff.
Work with our product and service teams to complete your idea according to plan and according to schedule.
